Epipidobates
The Epipidobates family of dart frogs are known for laying large clutches of eggs with the males standing guard over the egg clutch until they hatch. Egg clutches number anywhere from 5-24 eggs. Epipidobates prefer slightly cooler temperatures than most other dart frog species. A water feature in a vivarium could really expedite the breeding activities in this family of frogs. Epipidobates are unique in that the tadpoles can be raised communally although it should be noted to avoid algae based tadpole foods.
