These clear polystyrene petri dishes have multiple uses in the frog hobby. They can be used as cricket feeder bowls, shallow water bowls for newly morphed froglets, or as egg deposition sites. Being sterile and smooth they provide an ideal surface for a dart frog pair to deposit their eggs on. Place a single dish underneath a coco hut and the mating pair will use it for their mating rituals. If you choose to rear the eggs artificially out of the tank this makes removing and caring for them very convenient. These petri dishes are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning for reusing. All dishes are paired with a lid. 100mm x 15mm

In the dart frog hobby film canisters are most commonly used for egg deposition sites, rearing tadpoles, and even for small pool parties. These canisters do not have suction cups attached making them ideal for nestling into the substrate or wedging between branches. These canisters can also be built into the background during tank construction. Tight fitting lids included.

Coco Huts are made the inner shell of a coconut, cut in half with a small opening carved into it. These caves make great hiding spots and are also used as a breeding area to lay eggs. Place a coco hut on a flat secluded area of the habitat and slide a petri-dish under it to give a breeding pair a suitable place to lay their eggs.
